We’re all going to have to raid our fridge because a massive recall of almost 10-million pounds of ready-to-eat chicken and meat can be contaminated with listeria.

The USDA has 326 pages of every recalled product that was sold under the various brands. The meat and poultry was shipped to several distributors and stores nationwide such as Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Trader Joe’s, Target, Aldi, Amazon, and 7-Eleven. The affected products appear in prepared as salads, frozen meals, and premade sandwiches.

Oklahoma-based company, BrucePac, is the producer of the meats and found the listeria during routine inspection.

According to the USDA,

Listeriosis can cause fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance and convulsions sometimes preceded by diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms. An invasive infection spreads beyond the gastrointestinal tract.

Listeria is especially dangerous for older individuals, people with weak immune systems, and pregnant women.

As of right now, no adverse reactions have been reported, but you are advised to see a doctor if you suspect you’ve gotten ill.

The recall has been classified as Class I, meaning it has a medium or high risk.
